Ordering And Payment Methods
What Methods of Payment do we Accept?
We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal and Square payment. If you’d like to place an order over the phone, please call our customer service line at 1-855-465-9878 (or 1855 HOLYTST) and our customer care team will be more than happy to assist you. Unfortunately for non Canadian/US credit cards an additional service fee will be charged.
How is Tax Charged?
You will be charged tax based on the product and where your order is being shipped to. Certain products do not incur tax. When you complete your order, our online store will calculate the required tax automatically based on your order and location. Orders shipped outside of Canada are not subject to any tax.
How do I know that my order has been received?
Within 24 hours of placing your order, you will be sent a confirmation email from us to let you know that we have received your order. You’ll receive one more email to let you know when we’ve shipped your order from our shipping centre. If you have any questions about the status of your order simply email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Feel free to call us to confirm your order or check on its status, we’d be happy to hear from you.
Can I make changes to an order that has already been placed?
We will always accommodate your changes where possible, but unfortunately changes cannot be accepted on orders that have already been shipped.
Shipping & Returns
What are the shipping charges?
We offer FREE shipping in Canada on orders over $39, excluding salt lamps.
We offer FREE shipping in USA on orders over $99, excluding salt lamps.
For other locations, shipping charges will be calculated based on weight.
What shipping method do you use?
We use Canada Post, Campar, Purolator and UPS and can sometimes provide same day delivery in the GTA.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders in Ontario will be take approximately 1-2 days. For orders to other provinces in Canada it can take up-to 3 days. For US orders, depending on customs can take 4-6 days.
What is your return policy?
We have a no return policy, but take pride in providing you with high quality products. If an item in your shipment is damaged, please email us and we will gladly replace it.
Can’t find the product that you are looking for?
